"There have been and will continue to be times when each of must make a value judgement as to whether to stand with and say what God says or bow down and say what man wants to hear. In our society right now we have those who want us to believe that they are confused and/or have been given permission from God to act and treat others in a way that is demeaning, deteriorating and just plan disgusting. 2 Thes 2:3 says Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;(...)

Furthermore, the Bible tells us in 1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. We must learn to take everything to God in prayer and supplication before we allow interaction into our lives and the lives of those around us. We must learn to cover our entire family and our neighbors in prayer and intercession. (...)

The more we seek to be different and do the things of God the more that Satan will throw at us to try and cause us to stumble and fall or even remove us from the battle field. One of the ways he does this is he cause temptation to come upon us like never before and it comes in different shapes, forms and fashions. He uses various vices that we might be struggling with or have overcome to try and tempt us into going along with the crowd or not standing up for righteousness. Ephesian 6:11 tells us that we should Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (...)

Proverbs 3: 5- 7 tells us Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
There is an unconditional promise in this passage but we must lay hold of this truth, defy man and acknowledge God for who he is and let the world know that he is our source of strength, our creator and our savior. (...)
